Cincinnati Zoo

We took Madeline to the zoo for the first time last month. She had a blast! Aunt Megan was even able to join in on the fun! Daddy couldn't resist buying her a lifesize giraffe which has become one of her best friends. Enjoy!

Sharon Woods Splash Pad Fun

Madeline LOVES water play...whether it's in her pool, at the splash bad or in the kitchen sink - she's a happy girl when her hands are wet! I can hardly believe she'll be one in less than a week. She's accomplished so much already. She's walking, eating table foods and saying lots of words (Daddy, Mama, Boo Boo (for Bru Bru - Brutus), Dirt Dirt (for dirty diaper - lovely, huh?), Uh-oh, Ball, Bubbles, Pap-pap, choo-choo). Here are some recent pics of our trip to the Splash Pad. She was the youngest one there - but it didn't stop her from having fun!

Ocean Isle Beach, 2010

So I've been REALLY bad about posting - almost a 4 month hiatus! We've had lots going on in the past 4 months. We sold our home in South Euclid and moved to Mason, OH (near Cincinnati) in May. Dave is now officially in his new territory and we're loving having him home more! I'm working part-time doing marketing and curriculum work for an early childhood company...and yes, Madeline gets to go work with me!
