T-7 Weeks

For those of you who don't know...the secret is out...IT'S A GIRL!!

We were blessed yesterday by family and friends at our beautiful baby shower! Our little girl is already spoiled with lots of love and wonderful gifts!!! We had decided a long time ago that it might be fun to reveal the sex of the baby at the shower. While there has been a hint available for everyone since January (an initial bead on my pandora bracelet), most folks had not discovered it, so the element of surprise was still alive. I had the bakery tint the cake pink so when we cut into it, it would reveal that it's a girl. So now you all know... no more waiting! For those of you wondering...we're undecided about a name. It will either be Alexis Mae or Madeline Mae. The middle name is a tribute to our Grandmother's (M=Marianne and Mildred, Dave's Grandmothers, A=and, E= Edna and Eileen, Heather's Grandmothers). We will wait to decide the name when we meet her.
